Tanzan Quartz is out to reclaim glory for the Crystal Gems, but not in the most gentle of ways. Tanzan Quartz is split, not between Rose and Bismuth, but between the sinister and the kind sides within each gem. As is often the case, the darker side always wins, sending this fusion on a murderous rampage of shattering whenever she’s formed. This side of the fusion controls the lower set of eyes, while the gentle side controls the upper set, constantly screaming for release from the pain of existence.[1]
